Tour della Toscana! Translated (not literally) this means we are wrapping up our three part regional Italian dinner series with TUSCANY!

Kate Romane (chef and owner of e2) spent several weeks in Italy last fall attending the world-famous Terra Madre Food Conference and traveling the country. One of the most famous wine and food regions in the world, we look forward to tasting some super Tuscan (and Super-Tuscan) wines with Chef Kate Romane’s Central Italian culinary creations.
